Major Credit Cards

How to pay by credit card

Payment is accepted by major credit card, to include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. To make a payment by any of these methods, please login to your account at https://support.blacklotus.net . If you do not have access to your support account, you may e-mail support@blacklotus.net for assistance.

Need help with our billing platform?

Please note that you will not be able to pay your invoice by credit card until you add the credit card to your account. To do so, login and expand the “Client Profile” menu and then click on “Payment Methods.” You should then have an option to add a credit card. Once the credit card is added to your account, you can go back to the invoice and pay with that card.

Many credit card payments are held for random verification by Customer Care. If you receive an error upon payment, please allow us 1 day to review your transaction and manually post it to your account.


Verification process

Please note that all credit card transactions are subject to strict verification. If you are paying by credit card and have been asked to complete a verification form, please download it here and submit with a front and back scan of your credit card and a scan of your government issued photo identification to care@blacklotus.net .

PayPal

One time payments

To make a one time PayPal payment, please send your payment manually from your PayPal account to sales@blacklotus.net and then notify care@blacklotus.net  with your transaction ID.

PayPal subscriptions

To setup a recurring PayPal subscription, please log in to your billing account and open the invoice that you would like to pay by PayPal subscription. You will be given an option to setup a subscription from the invoice screen.

Wire Transfer

To pay via wire transfer please use the following instructions. Once a transfer has been sent please notify us by e-mailing care@blacklotus.net . Please note that we can credit your payment before it is actually received if you scan a copy of the receipt provided by your bank. This allows you to receive credit for your wire transfer on the same business day:

When sending wires internationally and between currencies, many banks and intermediate banks involved in the wire transfer process may charge a fee to initiate the transfer, to act as an intermediary, or to perform currency conversion. Please make sure that the amount transferred is calculated in U.S. Dollars (USD) with the "Amount to Beneficiary" matching the exact amount due on your invoice.


Check or Money Order

Please send check or money order with a copy of your invoice via postal mail to:

Please allow up to 7 business days for your check to be posted.

Bitcoin

To make a payment via Bitcoin, enter the amount you would like credited to your Black Lotus account in U.S. Dollars. You will be sent to a checkout screen that will convert USD to BTC and allow you to initiate your payment. Once complete, please notify us at care@blacklotus.net .

WebMoney

To pay by WebMoney, please login to your account at https://support.blacklotus.net and select the WebMoney option when reviewing your invoice. You will be able to pay via your WMZ purse using the merchant interface.
